When Will I Receive My Images/Films?

Polaroid scans, select digital sneak peeks & teaser films available within 48 hours. iPhone content delivered same-day.

The expected turn-around time for full wedding photo galleries is 4-6 weeks, with all deliverables including film negatives and heirloom albums delivered within 8 - 10 weeks (regular shipping times permitting).

Expected turnaround time for all wedding cinematography deliverables is 6 - 8 weeks, with applicable archival film reels arriving via postage mail within 8 - 10 weeks (regular shipping times permitting).

Storyteller Co contracts typically incorporate a model release, permitting the use of imagery and films from client wedding celebrations in Storyteller Co's marketing, social media, and website. The duo does however frequently accommodate clients who desire confidentiality through the signing of an NDA. If you intend to request an NDA, please communicate this requirement prior to booking to ensure clarity in all contractual agreements.
